Job Overview:

We are seeking an outstanding and visionary Lead Architect to drive the definition and exploration of next-generation system architectures and technologies that craft the future of compute infrastructure across data center and networking domains. This pivotal role blends a top-down strategic perspective with deep technical insight, demonstrating market trends, Hyperscalers needs, software ecosystems, and evolving use cases to set the direction for future innovations.

As a leader with vision in the organization, you will drive the identification of key architectural and technology inflection points, guiding research into innovative solutions-from 3D integration and advance memory systems to emerging system-level paradigms. Your work will influence Arm's long-term infrastructure roadmap and enable forward-looking decisions that align with both market realities and groundbreaking possibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the definition of next-generation system architectures by interpreting industry trends, Hyperscalers demands, software workloads, and evolving customer use cases.
  • Establish top-down technology objectives that guide research into innovative compute, memory, and interconnect technologies.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external partners to explore innovative technologies, such as 3D stacking, chiplets, memory technologies, packaging innovations, and heterogeneous integration.
  • Partner with system architects and engineering teams to translate long-term vision into technology strategy and architectural features aligned with product goals.
  • Ensure multi-functional alignment across software, silicon, and system domains to support scalable, high-performance, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Represent the architectural vision to senior collaborators and technical teams through compelling, data-backed strategy communications.
  • Maintain technology scouting activities, including engagement with academia, research consortia, and industry forums to remain ahead of market disruptions.


Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree experience in Computer Engineering.
  • Consistent track record, with minimum 10+ years of shown experience in SoC/system architecture, technology strategy, or advance technology research.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure system architecture requirements including server-class power management techniques, high-speed IO interfaces like PCIe and SATA, security, and external to SoC system monitoring and remote device management
  • Motivated to continuously develop skills and accept a variety of responsibilities as part of chipping into Arm's success. Shown ability to generate consistent, complete, and concise written specifications, Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills.


Salary Range:

$323,000-$437,000 per year
