Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with plastic molding technologies, particularly Husky injection molding of PET preforms.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and techniques relevant to production processes.
• Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
• Technical background in resolving issues related to industry-specific technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary resource for technologists and support the Technical Manager in workflow prioritization and troubleshooting.
• Establish product recipes adhering to regulatory and PLC standards.
• Make mechanical and electronic adjustments to monitor production metrics.
• Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Provide training and assistance to production staff for resolving technical problems.
• Install and set up electromechanical machinery and complementary equipment.
• Generate mechanical solutions to enhance production efficiency and machine performance.
