Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) team at Marsh People & Investments (formerly known as Mercer). This role can be based in one of or Marsh People & Investments offices and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week either in the office or at a client site.

Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant is a critical addition to the Managed Pharmacy practice at Marsh. This person will have significant external and internal interaction with clients, Mercer consultants and other resources with the goal of making Mercer the preeminent consultant regarding all issues related to pharmacy.
We will count on you to:- Act as the lead strategic pharmacy advisor for a group of select mid-market and national accounts, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design review, contract renewal, business placement and benchmarking
- Identify current provider performance gaps and make recommendations to control spend and trend
- Upsell Mercer pharmacy solutions
- Leverage Mercer's size and reputation to negotiate highly competitive Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) contracts
- Lead successful regional and national marketing pursuits
- Delegate effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members
- Provide mentoring and coaching to project team members
- Day-to-day account/project management for key MercerRx clients
- Work effectively as part of a team Additionally, this role assists the broader practice in new solution development based on marketplace developments
- Manage different internal resources to create client deliverables. this could include pricing team, clinical resources and H&B consultants
- Handle quick deadlines and multiple projects at the same time
- Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
What you need to have:- Bachelor of Science degree
- 8+ years of consulting or other relevant experience in pharmacy managed care industry
- Superior analytical, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills

- Strong client-facing experience
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously handle multiple and complex projects in a demanding work environment
The applicable base salary range for this role is $151,000 to $302,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
