Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Developer/Lead with strong Supply Chain domain expertise, particularly in Distribution and Warehouse Operations. The role will focus on optimizing inventory management, order management, logistics, and warehouse processes while supporting data modeling, system integrations, data flows, and technical solutions across ERP, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Distribution, including order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and ER models supporting system integrations, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.
• Analyze, document, and manage end-to-end data flows across ERP, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across integrated systems and platforms.
• Participate in and support system integrations involving ERP, WMS, and upstream and downstream applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, data flows, and system interfaces.
• Support middleware and API-based integrations to ensure reliable system connectivity.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions to deliver practical and scalable implementations.
• Provide hands-on solutioning and technical support across supply chain domains.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
• Travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter as needed to support client engagements and project implementations.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience as an MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Developer, Consultant, or Lead.
• Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Distribution.
• Experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS SQL Server, including query development, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Entity-Relationship modeling and database design principles.
• In-depth knowledge of data integration, data mapping, and enterprise-wide data flow architecture.
• Solid understanding of ERP supply chain modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Logistics.
• Experience working with complex, multi-system environments involving ERP, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
• Strong hands-on solutioning experience within supply chain domains.
• Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter as required.
