Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in a mechanical/plumbing contractor environment
• Expertise in reading and interpreting plans for Mechanical HVAC systems in large projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for project oversight
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software like Oracle and estimating software like Accubid preferred
• Experience in managing projects remotely preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical projects and meet financial targets while ensuring quality
• Supervise and mentor project managers and engineers
• Support field supervisors by providing training and conducting performance reviews
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee budgeting, materials, and production for assigned projects
• Plan resources to hit project milestones
• Act as liaison between customer and project staff for scope changes and communications
• Manage project documents and correspondence using designated systems
• Ensure compliance with company standards for quality and safety.
