Full Job Description
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Overview
The Senior Mechanical Engineer leads mechanical design on complex programs for our clients across consumer, medical, mobility, and industrial categories, turning design intent into robust, manufacturable hardware that meets product requirements. The role works closely with industrial designers, electrical and embedded software engineers, project managers, and clients from early architecture through production transfer.
Where needed, the Senior Mechanical Engineer serves as project manager, owning scope, schedule, budget, and client communication. The role also helps set the engineering standard for the team by mentoring other engineers.
This role reports to the Lead Mechanical Engineer and suits an experienced mechanical engineer from a product development environment who enjoys both solving complex technical problems and raising the standard of rigor for the team.
