Senior Master Data Specialist

The Role & Your Impact

As a strategic expert in Master Data Management (MDM), you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize master data capabilities, strengthen governance frameworks, and enable business transformation. This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic leadership, project management, change management, and data governance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize master data management tools, processes, and practices.
  • Drive process optimization and automation opportunities across master data workflows.
  • Ensure master data readiness and alignment during ERP, CRM, and other large-scale system transformations.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption of new data processes and governance frameworks.
  • Manage high-impact master data projects, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide master data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement improvements that increase data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Partner with business process owners to ensure governance frameworks support operational and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on best practices in master data management.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to the long-term master data strategy of Novonesis.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience
