Full Job Description
This role is based in Boston, MA with onsite presence required Monday-Wednesday

Your impact:

As our Senior Manager, Trial Awareness & Recruitment, you'll help get the right patients into the right trials. You'll drive recruitment and patient engagement across our clinical portfolio, partnering with Clinical Ops, Medical Affairs, and external vendors to keep enrollment moving and build scalable recruitment programs as we grow.

Your day-to-day:
  • Develop and execute patient recruitment and trial awareness strategies in partnership with the Director to support enrollment goals across clinical programs.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations to monitor enrollment risks and help implement mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent and compliant trial messaging.
  • Lead vendor identification for execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with patient recruitment vendors and advocacy partners to keep campaigns on track, on budget, and performing well.
  • Support execution of clinical trial branding and awareness initiatives that build visibility and credibility for our clinical programs.
  • Maintain metrics, KPIs, and reporting for your assigned studies.
  • Prepare enrollment performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI reporting for review with senior leadership.
  • As an integrated member of the study team, serve as the subject matter expert on patient recruitment, trial awareness, patient engagement, and external clinical trial communications.
  • Use data-driven insights to support site selection, country selection, and enrollment forecasting.
  • Identify and help implement recruitment approaches that improve patient access, engagement, and study participation.

Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6-8 years of experience in clinical trial recruitment, patient engagement, trial awareness, or a related function within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working within a small biotech or clinical-stage company strongly preferred.
  • Track record executing patient recruitment strategies that have positively impacted enrollment timelines.
  • Experience partnering with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of patient recruitment vendors, advocacy organizations, and digital outreach strategies.
  • Experience supporting KPI tracking, dashboards, and ROI reporting for recruitment and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

Your Compensation:

We get it. Compensation is an important part of your offer. You shouldn't be surprised at the end of the recruiting process, and you should know that your offer is fair and equitable. How do we do this? We tell you about our hiring range now - we expect the hiring range for the role to be $165,000 to $185,000. Our actual offer will reflect a lot of factors including your relevant skills, experience, location, salary market data, and internal equity.
