3. Change, Release & Readiness Management

  • Lead business-side change and release readiness activities, including impact assessment, testing coordination, UAT, and go-live preparation.
  • Ensure changes & releases do not disrupt purchasing, invoice processing, supplier workflows, or downstream financial execution.
  • Partner with IT and operations to manage issues, escalations, and post‑deployment stabilization.

4. Controls, Compliance & Operational Integrity

  • Advance P2P workflows, configurations, and routing models that support and operationalize required controls, approvals, receiving, matching tolerances, and exception governance.
  • Partner with Finance/AP and Compliance to support audit requirements and reduce off‑policy or off‑contract spend while leveraging optimal payment terms and catalog utilization.

5. Supplier Enablement & Data Quality

  • Lead supplier enablement efforts to support efficient onboarding and accurate supplier information throughout the lifecycle.
  • Partner with MDM, Data Governance, and Operations teams to ensure supplier data completeness, accuracy, and stewardship exist within all P2P tools.

6. Operating Model with Procurement Operations and other S2P teams

  • Partner with Procurement Operations and any execution or BPO teams supporting P2P activities to maintain clear operating rhythms.
  • Define escalation paths, issue resolution processes, and continuous improvement loops to reduce friction and improve service levels (SLA’s) with upstream & downstream stakeholders including  sourcing, contracting, TPRM and AP.

7. Cross‑COE Collaboration (Clear Boundaries)

  • Partner with Strategy, Governance & Excellence to operationalize standards and policies within P2P execution.
  • Partner with User Orchestration to ensure intake and buying‑channel decisions flow cleanly into P2P execution.
  • Partner with Analytics and Master Data teams to ensure execution & transactional data supports trusted KPIs and decision‑grade insights.

  • Expert Change Agent with demonstrable skills in planning, communicating, and executing platform releases, enhancements, and configuration changes with various cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive deployment and utilization of AI, RPA, OCR, and other cutting-edge technologies & capabilities within the P2P space
