Senior Manager, IT Organizational Reporting & Data Management, leads the team responsible for delivering financial, labor, operational, and portfolio insights that enable strategic decision-making across the IT organization. This role serves as a trusted partner providing governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities that support organizational planning, investment decisions, workforce optimization, and operational performance. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and people leadership to build scalable solutions that improve transparency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial & Labor Analytics: Define and evolve financial and labor reporting frameworks, governance processes, and forecasting models that inform technology investment decisions, labor planning, budget management, and operational performance optimization.
- Data Governance and Operational Excellence: Establish governance standards, operating models, and controls for financial, labor and organizational data assets across reports and systems.
- Reporting & Insights: Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting focused on workforce trends, labor efficiency, cost drivers, and operational performance.
- People Leadership: Lead and develop a team of engineers and analysts that support multidisciplinary functions while fostering a high-performance, analytical, and continuous improvement in culture.
- Partnership and Change Leadership: This role enables improved operational decision-making capabilities through collaboration with IT, Business Management, Workforce Services, and Portfolio Management teams
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through effective data storytelling, strategic recommendations, and presentation of complex business insights
- Ability to be creative in removing roadblocks and solving issues to maintain delivery momentum

QualificationsRequired:
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience managing high-performing analytical and data management teams while developing operational and tactical plans that drive results
- Strong experience building and executing financial models, labor analytics, and data governance
- Must demonstrate a leadership style that exhibits critical thinking, collaboration, and results-orientation
- Proven experience with financial management or workforce management systems
- Proven success in establishing effective partnerships across a matrixed organization
- Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions; ensures security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identifies opportunities for improving security and implements strategies to improve our security posture
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of modern data platforms and visualization tools
