Purpose

The Senior Manager, Investment Distribution Management, is responsible for the design and execution of strategies to distribute alternative and specialty equity products across intermediary channels. This role is responsible for bridging the managing teams of these products with internal and external client engagement, ensuring that the offerings are effectively supported and well positioned.

What you will be doing:

Product Support & Insights:
  • Provide direct support to the managing teams with the development of persuasive, accurate and timely sales support and communication for a range of alternative and specialty products across multiple brands, deliverables and mediums.
  • Formulate performance and data inputs for timely product commentary, positioning updates and portfolio manager insights including scheduled updates, portfolio manager round tables, conference calls and presentation material.
  • Prepare client-specific materials such as briefing notes, product summaries and presentation preparation materials.
  • Act as a key content resource for various Marketing teams in the production of alternatives and specialty product updates and client-facing publications, ensuring compositional accuracy of programs.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives supporting the portfolio management team and Investment Distribution Management.


Sales Enablement & Relationship Management
  • Collaborate with key partners in Retail and Institutional distribution, to support the creation of and/or edit existing support for key products to support AUM growth.
  • Respond to field inquiries and actively solicit input and feedback from partners on ways to improve support.


Market Intelligence
  • Perform and support competitive analysis through data gathering and synthesis on alternatives and specialty product industry trends.Track the managing teams distribution performance metrics, including sales volumes, client engagement, product communication effectiveness, and channel effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
