Senior Manager, Gas Turbines-EPC

As the Director, Gas Turbines - EPC, you will spearhead the strategic growth and operational excellence of Rosendin27s gas turbine Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) portfolio. You will drive market expansion, ensure superior project delivery, and optimize financial performance for this critical power infrastructure sector. • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for Rosendin27s Gas Turbines EPC portfolio, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.

• Oversee full P26L accountability for the portfolio, managing bookings, revenue, backlog, margin, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustained financial health.

• Lead business development and client relationship management with owners, developers, utilities, OEMs, and engineering partners to secure new project pursuits and market share.

• Direct the end-to-end EPC project lifecycle, from preconstruction and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, performance testing, and warranty support.

• Establish robust project governance, risk management frameworks, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor safety, quality, cost, schedule, and commercial performance.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project phases.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, environmental requirements, and quality assurance protocols for all gas turbine EPC projects.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery methodologies, technological advancements, and operational efficiency within the gas turbine sector.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Rosendin27s preconstruction, engineering, safety, and finance teams to optimize resource allocation and project execution.

• Deep understanding of gas turbine power generation technologies, EPC project execution, and critical power infrastructure markets.

• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.

• Proficiency in project management software, financial modeling tools, and advanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems common in construction.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Expertise in risk assessment, contract management, and developing mitigation strategies for complex EPC projects.

• Commitment to fostering a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards.

• Bachelor27s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in EPC project management, business development, or operations leadership within the gas turbine or power generation industry.

• At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role with P26L accountability and strategic portfolio management.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex, high-value electrical construction projects.

• Up to 50% travel, including overnight stays, to project sites, client offices, and industry events.

• Work in a professional office environment with frequent visits to active construction sites, which may be outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders/stairs, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Regularly required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on job sites, including hard hat, safety glasses, and safety-toe boots.

• Occasional exposure to loud noise, dust, and electrical hazards typically found on construction projects.
