Join Aon's Digital Finance transformation as a Senior Manager, Finance Systems, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of finance. In this highly visible position, you'll work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology - leading the modernization of financial systems and leveraging platforms like Databricks, Workday, TM1 and Power BI to deliver scalable solutions, real-time insights, and advanced analytics. What the day will look like
  • Lead digital transformation efforts across financial systems, driving automation and scalable architecture.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

  • Leverage Databricks, Snowflake and other AI platforms to manage large-scale financial data and enable predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to deliver real-time insights.
  • Conduct systems analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Manage reconciliation processes between Workday, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and other financial subsystems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain documentation and enforce data governance and internal control standards.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $125,000 - $155,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
