Job Summary:

As a member of the brand team, the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will apply a customer-centric approach to develop and execute innovative, effective, and efficient solutions that account for the brand adoption continuum, customer preferences, segmentation, and evolving market dynamics. This role will use HCP and patient customer journeys to support integrated go-to-market campaigns and channel strategies that shape the customer experience and advance business goals. The individual will collaborate closely with a matrix team - including HCP and patient marketing, sales, business analytics, and IT - to ensure commercial efforts are coordinated, insight-driven, and customer-centric. This individual will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Serve as the day-to-day digital marketing subject matter expert (SME), partnering with key stakeholders to support seamless execution of brand strategy through initiatives targeting HCPs, patients, and care partners in support of VALTOCO.
  • Coordinate with HCP and patient marketers, business analytics, IT, and other key stakeholders to incorporate customer behaviors, channel insights, engagement patterns, and segmentation into customer interactions and tactical recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review team, to translate brand strategy and core claims into personalized, integrated, and sequenced campaigns supported by channel delivery plans that meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party media partners, support ongoing campaign optimization, and apply relevant industry best practices in digital strategy and execution.
  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, monitor performance of digital programs and coordinated tactics, and translate results into recommendations for continuous learning and optimization.
  • Partner with operations and IT colleagues to improve the systems, processes, and workflows used to deliver digital campaigns.

Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and executing integrated pharmaceutical digital marketing programs across HCP and patient channels, including websites, paid media, search, email, social media, CRM, and point-of-care platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical digital marketing requirements and industry standards, including FDA promotional regulations, privacy considerations, adverse event reporting, and MLR review processes.
  • Ability to define channel-specific KPIs, interpret digital performance and customer engagement data, and translate insights into compliant optimization recommendations across the customer journey.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Spends approximately 90% of work time sitting and meeting with others or working at a desk and/or computer. Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.

Salary range: $167,000 - $185,000
