Full Job Description
Leads assigned project and program activities by coordinating timelines, milestones, meetings, and follow-up actions across business initiatives.

Develops project plans, status updates, trackers, and documentation to support execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Aligns internal teams to collect requirements, confirm dependencies, and maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Evaluates project progress, resource needs, and performance data to identify variances, emerging concerns, and completion risks.

Investigates issues, delays, and process breakdowns to determine root causes and support timely resolution.

Recommends updates to plans, priorities, and working methods to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain progress against expectations.

Standardizes templates, reporting routines, and coordination practices to strengthen project administration and portfolio consistency.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

6+ years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, change management, or a related field required.

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification preferred.
