This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of insurance operations, technology, and enterprise risk, and serves as the primary business accountability point for controls design, documentation, testing, and ongoing monitoring across the platform lifecycle.
What you'll doControls Design and Framework OwnershipDefine, document, and own the end-to-end business controls [MB2.1] framework for the insurance platform, including process-level controls across policy administration, billing, underwriting, and claims workflows.
