Responsibilities
-Advise on the engineering of video recommendation machine learning (ML) and deep learning algorithms. -Deliver end-to-end ML solutions to address critical product challenges. -Own the full-stack ML system and optimize algorithms and infrastructure to improve performance. -Innovate on optimizing content consumption and user experience. -Work with cross functional teams and product stakeholders to deliver system and product insights through analytics. -Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: -Using data analysis tools SQL, PySpark, NumPy, or Pandas to handle large-scale datasets; -Programming using Python and PyTorch to build large-scale learning systems; -Developing data-driven prediction models using classic statistical methods, machine learning, neural network or deep learning; -Preparing technical documentation, or publishing conference or journal papers; and -Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $255757 - $387600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
