Senior Litigation Paralegal to work side-by-side with our in-house litigators throughout all phases of complex litigation. The role involves managing discovery, drafting and filing pleadings, coordinating e-discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and organize documents for discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Monitor court dockets, manage internal case files, and issue deadline reminders.
  • Prepare and coordinate tenders to insurance carriers on various cases.
  • Manage large-scale document collections, including coding and pulling documents in Relativity.
  • Coordinate with e-discovery vendors and oversee electronic filing processes.
  • Prepare and file subpoenas, deposition notices, and other Federal and State pleadings.
  • Conduct Bluebook cite-checking and proofread all filings and legal memoranda.
  • Perform factual research using Westlaw, PACER, and other tools, summarizing findings.
  • Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and attend trial as needed.
  • Maintain confidential information and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
