Role Overview:This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Capture solutions primarily using Tungsten Total Agility (KTA). The position requires a technical leader who can drive development, integration, and support within Kofax environments, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale IDP and Capture solutions using Tungsten Total Agility (KTA).
- Develop business processes, embedded processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Configure and support Kofax Capture and KTM environments.
- Implement document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Develop REST API integrations with ECM, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, offer mentoring, assist with estimation, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
- Lead onsite/offshore teams.
- Drive technical discussions with business and client teams.
Required Skills:- 10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience.
- 5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility experience.
- 10+ years of Kofax Capture experience.
- 5+ years of KTM experience.
- 8+ years of .NET development experience (C, .NET Framework/.NET Core).
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, Web Services, and AWS Cloud.
- Proficiency in configuring OCR/ICR engines.
- Ability to implement content-based, layout-based, and script-based classification.
- Expertise in developing extraction solutions using format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, and table extraction techniques.
- Experience maintaining and optimizing knowledge bases and validation rules.
- Knowledge of Kofax Process Insight and AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of overall Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience.
- Architecture and solution design experience.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Banking and Insurance domain experience.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
