Full Job Description
In light of our operational expansion and anticipated increase in activity in Texas, the recruitment of an on-site IT Engineer will help with the ramp up.

The Senior IT Engineer will be responsible for supporting critical IT initiatives such as Network upgrades, building and managing compute and storage clusters as well as providing essential on-vehicle technical assistance. Key responsibilities will include ensuring network stability, implementing security measures, automating system deployments, and offering dedicated support to the engineering and research teams. This strategic hire will help maintain operational efficiency and support the integration of advanced technologies within our expanding Texas operations.

You will:

Requirements: This position is an onsite position that will require onsite 5 days per week in Lancaster.

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $117,000 - $172,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.'s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company's compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
