  • Monitor and interpret changes in U.S. indirect tax laws and assess impact on the business

International VAT / GST

  • Oversee foreign VAT/GST compliance in multiple jurisdictions (including EMEA and other regions, as applicable)

  • Coordinate with external advisors on VAT registrations, returns, audits, and advisory matters

  • Review VAT positions related to cross-border transactions, intercompany arrangements, and digital services

  • Support VAT considerations in acquisitions, integrations, and business expansions

Process, Systems & Controls

  • Partner with Accounting and IT on indirect tax processes within ERP and billing systems

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability of indirect tax compliance

  • Support internal controls, SOX requirements, and documentation related to indirect taxes
