As a Senior Immigration Specialist, you will act as a strategic advisor, leading the end‑to‑end management of employment‑based immigration matters while delivering consultative, data‑informed guidance to key stakeholders. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Associate or more advanced degree preferred

• Two to five years’ work experience with all aspects of corporate employment-based immigrationor related experience; broader HR experience a plus

• Demonstrated ability to provide consultative guidance, including assessing needs, identifying risks, and recommending solutions aligned to business objectives
• Strong professional curiosity with a desire to deepen industry knowledge and broaden understanding of cross‑functional roles and business strategy
• Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and advise associates and leaders at all levels on sensitive, complex matters
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable adapting to shifting business priorities while maintaining service quality and compliance standards

The Team

Fidelity Relocation, Assignments & Immigration sits within the HR function and supports all of Fidelity’s businesses. We own Fidelity’s relocation, immigration and assignment programs, related benefits packages, and end to end process. Our program is largely outsourced to vendors and their suppliers. We serve as a liaison between our vendors, associates and their managers, and internal business partners such as Recruiters, Line HR, Compliance, Risk and Legal. Collectively we deliver an outstanding associate experience while balancing risk and compliance so that associates can excel at meeting business needs.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
