Role overview

We're looking for a versatile, cross-functional Senior Community Specialist to join our People & Talent team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll bring to life our culture of inclusion and belonging specifically around our hiring and retention strategies. As the Senior Community Specialist in a highly visible role, you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and supportive environment that values the unique perspectives and backgrounds of each employee, ensuring that our organization remains innovative and dynamic. You will build and support safe, inclusive spaces for internal employee resource groups, blending community engagement with inclusion principles to foster a culture of belonging. You can expect to have cross-functional assignments and exposure to critical programming across the People & Talent function. Your ability to work in ambiguity, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and project manage through multiple priorities across different functional areas will be an asset.

What you'll do
  • Strategy Execution & Program Management: Support the development of and be responsible for the execution of the strategy for our evolving Community function by managing programs that align with the organization's business goals and values. Track and report out on each program's progress to senior audiences.
  • ERG Partnership: Be a trusted partner to our Employee Resource Groups and provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and event support to ensure they're having a meaningful impact on the organization. Escalate themes and ideas from the ERGs to senior management to inform the People Team's strategy.
  • Leadership Coaching: Serve as a coach and facilitator to help leaders think through challenges and accomplish strategic goals.
  • Corporate Giving: Serve as secondary support for charitable giving programs and events, including volunteering efforts and fundraising activities.
  • Process Sustainability: Help maximize the impact of our contributions by building partnerships and creating sustainable processes.
  • Event Execution: Serve as an events thought partner and collaborator with others to elevate our internal events to become marquee experiences for our employees.
  • Diversifying Talent Pools: Assist with external partnerships that can help diversify our talent pools for hiring future Gurus.

What you'll bring
  • Education: Bachelors degree
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferred: focus in community, HR, or DEIB. The ability to plan, execute and measure multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Communication skills: Strong presentation delivery, problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and manage key stakeholder relationships across all levels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing multiple responsibilities across different functional areas.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working within a larger HR or People & Talent team. Knowledge of performance, career, or assessment practices is vital.
  • Inclusion Focus: Passion for and/ or experience supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and community initiatives.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to understand and navigate cultural differences and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.


The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.

Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$91,000-$113,000 USD
