Senior Human Resources Manager
Hybrid | New York, NY Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and quality-of-care outcomes
Lead talent acquisition efforts for clinical and non-clinical roles, including workforce planning and targeted sourcing strategies
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives that promote compliance, competency, and engagement
Manage employee and labor relations in a unionized environment, including investigations, discipline, grievance support, and collaboration with labor partners
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA, FMLA, and healthcare-specific requirements
Support performance management, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
Leverage HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics to inform operational and strategic decisions
