• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical skills including financial acumen and market insights analysis.
• Comfortable working in a global environment with flexible hours and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term innovation strategy for North America and the Active Living category.
• Translate industry trends and consumer insights into clear innovation priorities.
• Build and manage a high-impact New Product Development pipeline, overseeing claims and product positioning.
• Own the complete end-to-end innovation process from consumer insights to product launch.
• Deliver viable business cases including P&L and financial forecasts to support innovation efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that products are developed on time and meet quality standards.
• Analyze market and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and shape innovation strategy.
