• Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operational lifecycle of Tencent's Elastic IP and load balancing gateway platform.
• Resolve user support tickets effectively and efficiently.
• Deploy software updates and manage on-call rotations.
• Handle critical incident management to ensure swift recovery and service continuity.
• Maintain 24/7 security and reliability standards for the production environment.
