Key Responsibilities- Directly contribute to research and communicate findings to the public through published reports and presentations.
- Support development of internal policy analysis to support Bank objectives related to monetary policy and financial stability.
- Support team deliverables to advise Reserve Bank President, other senior Bank leaders, and other policymakers on matters related to the team's areas of expertise through written analysis and presentations.
- Develop and maintain overview materials to educate internal and external stakeholders on key issues affecting financial markets and market infrastructures.

Your Background- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-7 years of experience as an industry participant, regulator, or academic scholar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to balance multiple projects.
- Commitment to public service.
- Strong ability to work with and analyze complex data sets using R and Python.
- Depending on level of experience, candidates may be considered for a Financial Markets Analyst role.

The expected starting salary range for
Senior Financial Markets Analyst position is between $102,800 and $121,600 annually in addition to annual performance-based discretionary bonuses. Final salary and offer will be determined based on the applicant's relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
