Job Description

Provide strategic finance leadership and decision support for the Asset Management & Institutional Investments business. Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support business strategy and long-term financial objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Performance Management: Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for investment management revenue and expenses. Assess business drivers, communicate performance trends, and support planning and decision-making.
  • Product Analysis & Insights: Conduct product profitability and trend analysis, linking financial performance to market, client, and business drivers. Develop recommendations to support product positioning, growth strategies, and resource allocation decisions.=
  • Business Partnership & Strategy Support: Serve as a trusted finance advisor and product subject matter expert. Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and business cases that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Financial Modeling & Analytics: Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance, forecast outcomes, and quantify the impact of strategic decisions and changing business conditions.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Well-developed financial analysis, forecasting and planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets using Microsoft Excel, Access, or equivalent tools
  • Experience with Essbase/Hyperion and SQL would be a bonus.

*This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
