We9re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you9ll play a key role in helping leaders across the company make informed business decisions through thoughtful planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. You9llpartner with teams throughout the organization, develop insights that influence strategy, and help build scalable financial processes as Mark43 continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong analytical foundation within either a larger, process-oriented organization or an early-stage company that has scaled quickly, and is excited to bring that rigor to a fast-moving software company. You9ll have broad visibility across the business, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help shape how Finance supports the company9s next stage of growth.

What You9ll Do

If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:
  • Partnered with leaders across the business to understand performance, and support strategic decision making.
  • Built and maintained financial models that improve forecast accuracy and provide visibility into business performance.
  • Supported the monthly forecasting process, annual budget, and long-range planning across multiple business functions.
  • Collaborated with Accounting during month-end close to understand financial results, investigate variances, and communicate key drivers to leadership.
  • Prepared executive-ready reporting and analyses that translate financial data into clear business insights.
  • Identified opportunities to improve planning processes, automate recurring reporting, and reduce manual work across the Finance organization.
  • Contributed to board materials, leadership presentations, and other strategic Finance initiatives.
  • Support customer collections timing to inform and support the company9s broader cash forecast.

We9re looking for someone with approximately 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or another highly analytical finance role. Success in this position requires strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering effectively across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a SaaS or technology business.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and business intelligence tools including Looker or Tableau.
  • Bachelor9s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Location

This role is based in our New York City office. We follow a hybrid work model and typically collaborate in person at least once per week, with flexibility to work in office or remotely the remainder of the week.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, with the higher end reserved for those with more relevant experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, and geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, flexible time off, and other benefits designed to support you both at work and outside of it.
