Hypertec is seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidation & Reporting to join our
Finance & Accounting team in

What You'll Be Contributing:- Consolidate monthly financial results of Hypertec Group entities, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for internal and external reporting (MD&A, quarterly stakeholder reports), including variance, trend, and performance analyses
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and templates using Vena Solutions and other tools to support month-end close, consolidation, and budgeting processes
- Extract, transform, and interpret financial data to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making
- Support the external audit process, including preparing annual financial statements and required supporting documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance efficiency through automation and system optimization
- Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses to support business objectives
What Sets You Apart:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA designation an asset
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis
- Expertise in financial consolidation in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (e.g., Vena, Adaptive Insights) an asset
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One an asset
- Experience with Power BI an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resourceful approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
