Job Description:We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about semiconductor technology, hands-on lab work, and data-driven problem solving. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of device characterization, automated testing, and engineering analysis to help advance next-generation semiconductor products and technologies.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to perform electrical characterization, develop and improve parametric measurement methods, analyze device behavior, troubleshoot complex test issues, and support product development and reliability initiatives. Requirements/Qualifications:Required Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline.
- 5-7 years experience
- Working with semiconductor devices, wafer probing, and parametric measurement equipment, along with a strong understanding of semiconductor physics and electrical behavior.
- You should also be comfortable developing automation and data-analysis tools using Python and C.
Preferred Qualifications- Preferred experience:
includes semiconductor reliability mechanisms such as BTI, HCI, TDDB, electromigration, and leakage analysis, as well as familiarity with probe stations, source-measure units, low-current measurements, and engineering tools like Git, LabVIEW, or SQL.
