Job Description:

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about semiconductor technology, hands-on lab work, and data-driven problem solving. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of device characterization, automated testing, and engineering analysis to help advance next-generation semiconductor products and technologies.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to perform electrical characterization, develop and improve parametric measurement methods, analyze device behavior, troubleshoot complex test issues, and support product development and reliability initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical lab expertise with software and automation skills.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline.
  • 5-7 years experience
  • Working with semiconductor devices, wafer probing, and parametric measurement equipment, along with a strong understanding of semiconductor physics and electrical behavior.
  • You should also be comfortable developing automation and data-analysis tools using Python and C.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred experience:
    includes semiconductor reliability mechanisms such as BTI, HCI, TDDB, electromigration, and leakage analysis, as well as familiarity with probe stations, source-measure units, low-current measurements, and engineering tools like Git, LabVIEW, or SQL.


This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working closely with advanced semiconductor technologies, and building tools that improve testing, analysis, and product performance.
