Full Job Description
ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Marketing team helps people understand what we build, why it matters and why it's urgent. We work with Communications and Design to shape how Anduril shows up and how our products are understood by customers, policymakers, partners, recruits and the public.

Product Marketing sits at the center of that work. The team partners with division leadership, product, engineering, strategy, business development, design and comms to determine how Anduril's products are positioned, brought to market and understood. Differentiation, credibility and earned trust are core values of the team's approach.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Director of Global Product Marketing to lead Anduril's product marketing strategy across Anduril's expanding portfolio of products and capabilities. This leader will build the systems that determine how we position products, translate technical differentiation into mission impact, bring capabilities to market across the US & allied nations and reinforce the maturity & manufacturability of our products.

The role covers the full product lifecycle. Products at different stages require different marketing approaches. The Senior Director needs to know when to drive awareness, when to build demand, when to deepen adoption and when to let the product speak for itself. Every claim has to be precise, credible and grounded in what the product actually does.

This leader will work directly with division leaders and senior executives, including the Chief Business Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. They will work collaboratively across Business Divisions, Communications, Design and Strategic Growth teams, so Anduril presents one coherent portfolio while preserving the distinct mission, customer and competitive context of each product.

The Senior Director will also lead Anduril's marketing approach in international markets working closely with Anduril's Global Defense team and local country leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own Anduril's global product narrative, positioning and messaging architecture in close collaboration with the Communications team. Connect individual products to the company mission. Make sure Anduril communicates as one company across divisions, products, markets and channels.
  • Build differentiated marketing approaches across the full product lifecycle. Know what each stage demands and execute accordingly.
  • Own the product marketing component of go-to-market planning for priority products, programs and markets. Define clear success criteria tied to business outcomes and credible forms of measurement.
  • Partner with Strategic Growth, Business Development, and division leadership to define target audiences, competitive positioning, proof points and market entry strategies.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with the narratives, presentations, product materials, demonstrations and competitive intelligence they need.
  • Serve as the primary product marketing partner to the CBO, CSO and other senior leaders.
  • Develop a global framework for marketing Anduril's products to allied nations. Adapt narratives to the strategic, operational, cultural and lifecycle context of each market.
  • Provide oversight of the product marketing strategy for major U.S. and international defense trade shows. Inform key win themes, messaging hierarchy, and which product capabilities deserve priority focus at each event.
  • Elevate & grow the talented product marketing team. Rooted in ambitious standards, low ego, consistent candor, disciplined systems, and extreme autonomy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 15+ years in product marketing, portfolio marketing, go-to-market strategy, product strategy or a closely related field
  • 7+ years leading and developing high-performing teams, including senior leaders and multidisciplinary organizations
  • Demonstrated experience defining positioning and go-to-market strategy for technically complex products
  • Track record of marketing products across the full lifecycle, from launch through scaled adoption
  • Exceptional ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear, credible narratives
  • Experience partnering directly with senior executives, business unit leaders, product leaders and technical teams
  • Strong strategic judgment. Can distinguish consequential priorities from noise.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and drive decisions without relying on formal authority
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong operational and financial discipline, including experience managing meaningful budgets and proving measurable impact in credible ways
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity, incomplete information and high expectations
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the United States and internationally
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
  • Defense technology, aerospace, national security, enterprise technology, AI, robotics, autonomy or another deeply technical industry
  • Developing product marketing strategies across multiple countries and regional markets
  • Marketing an integrated portfolio that combines hardware, software and services
  • Supporting government customers, regulated markets or products with sensitive communications considerations
  • Leading strategy for major industry events, product demonstrations or executive-level customer engagements
  • Existing relationships across the defense, technology or national security ecosystem.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
