Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Lead the transformation of enterprise data assets into scalable, business-enabling capabilities that drive growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Serve as the strategic link between business leaders and technology teams, ensuring data, analytics, AI, and digital investments are aligned to organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value. Provide leadership for the design of enterprise-wide technology and information architecture solutions, establishing future-state vision, guiding solution strategy, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Leverage broad expertise across applications, data, technology and integrated business processes to enable innovation, accelerate digital transformation, and support long-term business success.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Own and oversee the execution of the Digital as a Product (DaaP) strategy and roadmap
  • Data domain ownership (development and lifecycle of data products) for Digital: customer/account and product
  • Deliver innovation and AI Enablement in the DaaP roadmap
  • Oversee conceptual and creative solutions, develop specifications and presents solutions to senior leadership for inclusion in the GIS global strategic plan.
  • Overseas and works with stakeholders to perform planning, architectural development, modeling, analysis, resource assessment and scheduling.
  • Directs and assesses the compatibility and integration of proposed architecture solutions to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
  • Coordinates, manages and supports change readiness initiatives as needed.
  • Oversees the implementation of transitional architecture to achieve the strategic roadmap.
  • Manages and evaluates technology and components against existing and future needs.
  • Champions enterprise effectiveness methodologies.
  • Manages the team that monitors, evaluates and reports on the ongoing performance and capacity of assigned areas of the computing environment, including software and hardware specifications, to ensure business requirements are met.

Job Level Specifications:
  • Deliver the DaaP roadmap with technical fluency and modern data architecture
  • Develop tech industry solutions that link data to P&L outcomes
  • Leads and directs through senior managers and directors. Accountable for the performance and results of major functions that have cross-organizational and regional impact and are comprised of multiple departments.
  • Establish policies appropriate for the function. Contributes to enterprise-wide policies and practices. Establishes strategy for a division or business unit within corporate strategic initiatives. Responsible for the efficient utilization of significant resources within the function.
  • Objectives are defined in collaboration with senior and executive management, and results are assessed with a long-term perspective. Decisions are guided by functional and regional strategy and priorities.
  • Collaborates with senior and executive management concerning matters of significance to the company. Actively engages with and conducts frequent briefings for senior and executive management and/or key external contacts.
  • Decisions are likely to have a serious impact on the overall success or failure of a function and/or business initiative. Erroneous decisions or recommendations result in critical delays or modifications to company objectives and cause long-term harm to business operations.
  • Influence senior stakeholders on topics covering business strategy, strategy execution, product ownership, compliance and regulatory.

Education and Certification(s):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
