The role in action:
- Shape and execute the firm's global brand and communications strategy, advance brand positioning, market visibility, and strategic communications priorities.
- Advise firm leadership on strategic messaging, media strategy, and reputational matters.
- Direct content, thought leadership, digital strategy, and integrated campaigns that amplify the firm's visibility and market position.
- Oversee brand standards, creative direction, and messaging consistency across marketing, business development, recruiting, and internal initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing communications and brand function, fostering cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, resource management, and measurable impact.
We are seeking candidates who:- Bring 15+ years of experience in communications, branding, public relations, or marketing or other professional services settings; law firm experience preferred.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Combine exceptional leadership, executive presence, and strong business acumen with a proven track record of leading complex brand, communications, and public relations initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and leveraging data-driven insights in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
