Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies that align with client goals and reach key audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, policymakers, coalition members, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategist for client accounts and help strengthen Aristotle's presence in the advocacy marketplace.
• Monitor policy developments and industry trends, then adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
• Lead the creation of advocacy materials, including briefs, presentations, talking points, digital content, and social or website assets.
• Organize and participate in fly-ins, lobby days, coalition meetings, stakeholder briefings, and other advocacy events.
• Assist with coalition management and targeted public affairs efforts on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams so advocacy strategies connect with broader communications, data, digital, and client service plans.
• Manage and mentor account managers and specialists while keeping campaigns organized, timely, and measurable.
• Report on campaign progress, evaluate impact, and identify opportunities to expand client engagement.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, policy, government relations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful advocacy campaigns and programs.
• Strong understanding of the political and policymaking process, including experience engaging policymakers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex issues clear and persuasive.
• Demonstrated relationship-building, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and help identify new opportunities for client growth.
