Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA, advanced degree, professional designation, and relevant certifications would be considered an asset
8 to 12+ years of relevant experience, including management and individual contributor roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design, and/or operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
Demonstrated experience in mining, industrial operations, or asset-intensive environments
Strong knowledge of and experience with digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation, industrial systems, OT/IT integration, and connected operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and multidisciplinary teams and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
