Position Summary:Bold Orange is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Senior Digital Project Manager qualified and eager to lead and execute digital strategies and campaigns by working collaboratively with teams such as; client strategy and services, creative, strategy, analytics and technology as well as others, alongside various subject matter experts to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage projects and retainers across all digital channels end-to-end with robust experience, accuracy and quality.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:- Define scope, build and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project
- Create and drive project plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met in a timely manner and accurate fashion by facilitating strong partnerships across the team
- Proactively manage the deliverables and clearly communicate at all levels to illuminate opportunities and risks
- Possess working knowledge of agile methodology
- Facilitate team status and internal review meetings
- Help team understand deliverables and timelines
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Break down roadblocks in the process by proactively seeking solutions.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
- Foster the Bold Orange culture and guide the team to apply Bold Orange principles in their work.
Required Qualifications & Experience:- 7-10 years of project management experience from a digital marketing agency environment
- Previous experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include overall customer experience strategy, front-end site design and development, content management, SEO, analytics, email development, digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, detail oriented, proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability and desire to work directly with clients
- Comfortable with ambiguity and multi-tasking, including changing directions quickly when necessary
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
$90,000 - $115,000 a year
Final compensation is anticipated to be between $90-$115k and will vary widely depending on local markets and the ideal hires skills and experience at the time of hire.
