  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, incrementality, causal inference) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Find opportunities to standardize analytics approaches through reusable methodologies and frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with offshore data science teams, including task prioritization, work allocation, and quality assurance of analytical deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring consistency in methodology, coding standards, and analytical rigor
  • Apply modern machine learning techniques and leverage emerging capabilities (e.g., Generative AI, advanced experimentation) where appropriate

Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments (e.g., Databricks, Spark)

  • Strong experience with experimental design and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, marketing attribution)
  • Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively
  • Experience working with cloud-based data environments (Azure, AWS) and data pipelines is preferred
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD a plus)
