Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Team (Senior Copywriter) who is passionate about creating meaningful, attention‑getting work—ideas people want to engage with, share, and talk about. You’re a strategic storyteller who helps brands find and express their voice through culture, language, and ideas that feel relevant, human, and resonant.

In this role, you contribute high‑quality copy and concepts across campaigns, with increasing ownership over assignments and creative expression. You’re comfortable leading the copy for projects, shaping tone and messaging, and collaborating closely with art directors, strategists, and account partners to deliver thoughtful, inclusive, and effective creative.

You bring strong conceptual thinking, a social‑first mindset, and experience writing across digital and traditional channels. You stay closely connected to culture—and you’re curious about how emerging technologies, including AI, can support creative exploration, efficiency, and storytelling in responsible, human‑centered ways.

Reporting to Creative Leads, you’ll help concept and execute ideas across multiple mediums, contributing to work that cuts through and connects with audiences in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insightful, objective‑driven concepts and copy that build brand voice, personality, and cultural relevance.

  • Lead copywriting on assigned projects, ensuring clarity, craft, consistency, and strategic intent across executions.

  • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to bring integrated ideas to life.

  • Write and refine copy across social, digital, experiential, film, CRM, and traditional channels as needed.

  • Shape brand messaging and tone of voice across platforms, ensuring copy feels cohesive and distinct.

  • Contribute to creative workstreams that incorporate AI‑enabled tools to support ideation, drafting, iteration, and optimization—applying strong human judgment, voice, and editorial oversight.

  • Stay curious about emerging creative technologies, language trends, and cultural insights; bring relevant learnings into the work and share with teammates.

  • Respond thoughtfully and constructively to feedback, iterating work while protecting the core idea and creative quality.

  • Support fast‑moving timelines, cultural moments, and multiple briefs with flexibility and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in copywriting, with experience across both social‑first and integrated campaign work.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and polished copy craft across channels.

  • Proven experience writing for branded campaigns, content ecosystems, and multi‑platform experiences.

  • Strong ability to translate strategic ideas into clear, compelling, and engaging language.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and headline‑writing skills, with a strong attention to tone, rhythm, and nuance.

  • Curiosity and openness to exploring AI‑enabled creative tools (e.g., for ideation, drafting, or iteration), with an understanding of their role within modern creative workflows.

  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines, perspectives, and feedback styles.

  • Passion for culture, language, creativity, and continuous learning.

  • A clear point of view on how social platforms, content formats, and emerging technologies shape modern brand storytelling.
