Role Overview
As Senior Contracts Manager at beqom, you will own the end-to-end commercial contracting process for a portfolio of enterprise clients across multiple EMEA territories. You will be the primary legal and commercial point of contact for complex, high-value SaaS agreements - working closely with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to close deals with speed, precision, and commercial clarity.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of legal expertise and commercial partnership. You will bring structure and consistency to the contracting function - building templates, playbooks, and processes that scale - while remaining deeply involved in the deals themselves.
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements across EMEA - including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, product licensing agreements, API and technology partner agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to Sales and Finance, providing real-time deal support and strategic legal guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across multiple territories, ensuring contract lifecycles are tracked and post-execution obligations are met.
- Build and maintain a library of contract templates, playbooks, and guidance materials to ensure consistency and accelerate deal execution.
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the CLM platform, including integration with CRM and e-signature tools.
- Deliver training and structured legal education to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, improving commercial awareness and deal velocity.
- Collaborate with Legal counsel, Finance, and Product teams on non-standard terms, data protection obligations, and security requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the scaling of the contracts function as beqom grows.
