As our Water practice continues to grow, we are looking for experienced consultants who can combine strategic thinking with strong delivery capability and sector expertise.
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead workstreams across strategy and transformation engagements.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders across the water sector.
- Support operational improvement and value-creation initiatives.
- Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and team development.
- Lead day-to-day project delivery across water-sector engagements.
- Build strong client relationships and support senior stakeholder management.
- Deliver high-quality analysis, presentations, and recommendations.
- Coach and support junior team members.
- Contribute to business development and practice-building initiatives.

QualificationsWe are looking for individuals with:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or PhD/MA/MS in relevant field, quantitative and analytically oriented fields such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or Economics are preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of relevant industry/consulting experience.
- Understanding of various industry business models and key dynamics.
- Exposure to the water sector and transformation-focused projects.
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and techniques.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to think independently and take initiative in the face of ambiguity.
Additional InformationThe estimated base salary for this role is $180,000. This estimate reflects the best estimate at the time of this posting, and does not guarantee any specific salary for this position. It is important to note that at Roland Berger, individual salaries are determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, education, office location, start date and organizational needs. Roland Berger will review your performance at least annually and may adjust your salary in its sole discretion
This roleis eligible for additional compensation, and is eligible for an annual bonus.
