Job Summary:

As Senior Connectivity Strategy Consultant in the Electric Power Division, your work ensures Electric Power customer needs are integrated into our connectivity and technology strategy, which enables them to get the most from our products and services. You will work closely with internal partners, dealers, and customers to identify and develop new solutions and establish a long-term path for telematics and technology utilization.

What you will do:

In this role, you will identify key strategic needs for Electric Power in the connectivity space and work with internal partners to drive alignment and prioritization of key projects, resources, and hardware/software enhancements to support connectivity adoption and growth. Job duties include:
  • Working with the product groups across Electric Power to collect voice of customer and voice of business to establish telematics and technology requirements and needs.
  • Developing new priorities and needs for telematics hardware/software features in service of product support or condition monitoring goals
  • Establishing enhancements for existing technology solutions relative to customer, dealer, and product group feedback
  • Representing Electric Power within cross-industry discussions for prioritization of EP needs and seeking areas of synergy with other verticals to accelerate technology and telematics feature development
  • Managing metrics, dashboards, and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and determine opportunities for improvement.

  • Advises on advanced data gathering and analysis methodologies and technologies.
  • Oversees data gathering and analysis activities within the organization.
  • Documents sources and validates the accuracy of data analysis by evaluating the pros and cons of data analysis methods used.
  • Implements procedures and policies within a data processing function.
  • Teaches others how to improve the validity and reliability of data used in various analyses.
  • Evaluates best practices of data gathering and analysis within the industry.

  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, computer science, technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior technology or telematics experience.


Additional Information:
  • This position is located in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.
  • Travel up to 10% is required.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
