Full Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a key contributor to the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that support organizational objectives and talent strategies. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide expertise in job architecture, job evaluation, annual salary review (ASR), bonus plan administration, and compensation analysis. The incumbent leverages advanced Excel skills, Workday, and compensation tools to conduct complex analyses, manage large datasets, develop reports and dashboards, and drive data-informed decision making.

The Senior Compensation Analyst leads and supports compensation-related projects, ensures consistent application of compensation policies and frameworks, and provides actionable recommendations that promote market competitiveness, internal equity, and effective talent management. Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, equity programs, and RSU administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, dashboards, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Experience with Excel VBA, Macros, and workflow automation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Annual Salary Review (ASR), merit planning, and compensation planning cycles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience administering and analyzing annual incentive and bonus programs.
  • Deep knowledge of job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, and organizational design principles.
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation consultation and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM; experience with Workday Advanced Compensation strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting equity programs, including Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) administration and analysis, preferred.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex compensation and workforce data into actionable business insights, executive presentations, and decision-ready recommendations.


Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience and Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Excel skills to automate processes and support calculations and analytics
  • Ability to communicate with employees across the organization
  • Ability to engage in prolonged periods of computer use utilizing desktop and web-based applications Delivers high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience using HR systems or other Comp/HR related tools. Workday preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Previous Compensation Support/Human Resources experience
  • Skilled in Excel, including the ability to convert large amounts of data into clear, concise management presentations that facilitate decision making
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $92,415 to $123,219. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus plan, which is based on company performance and is not guaranteed, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
