- Architect Master Test Plans for complex, multi‑node C2 and sensor environments
- Define Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) for C2 systems and sensor nodes
- Conduct advanced sensor integration and testing, including evaluation of radar, RF, and EO/IR sensor performance in contested environments
- Lead troubleshooting of complex sensor anomalies and tracking degradation
- Assess C2 interoperability including threat evaluation, logic flows, and weapon assignment algorithms
- Validate multi‑sensor fusion and assess EW or other non‑kinetic effects
- Perform data analysis and author final test reports for senior leadership with actionable engineering recommendations
- Provide expert technical insight for issues of critical customer importance
- Assist in developing system requirements, performance measures, test criteria, design constraints, and functional capabilities
- Support DT, OT, FDE, and test readiness certification by identifying deficiencies and verifying compliance
- Prepare, execute, review, and analyze test plans, procedures, metrics, and reports across the system development lifecycle
- Develop test documentation including methods of tests, test cases, test cards/procedures, test directives, technical reports, and requirement analyses
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor test projects requiring modification of standard practices or instrumentation
- Assess feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests and provide recommendations
- Coordinate schedules, pre‑ and post‑test activities, and test results across multiple teams
