Responsibilities
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. Role: As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for helping the team drive insights and analysis as well as decision making velocity. This role will mainly focus on building comprehensive dashboards against key business areas as well as ad-hoc analysis associated to key operational initiatives. Responsibilities - Responsible for the Data Analysis of TikTok LIVE Operation's business - Analyze the factors affecting the improvement and growth of the product, the details of each business, and give a feasible overall product optimization plan in combination with the business direction - Collaborate with product/operation/R&D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring actual improvement and growth to the business - Responsible for the design and analysis of strategy&incentive in the business, the evaluation of product optimization effect, the analysis and evaluation of activities, the analysis of core index anomalies - Responsible for the construction of specialized models in business
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher. - 5 years of experience in business analysis for internet products. - Proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python. - Experience in data analysis, visualization, and building reports or dashboards. - High proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, as this role will collaborate extensively with global stakeholders from the product team and other functions, and will also work closely with peers based in China and across APAC. Preferred Qualifications - Strong logical thinking and ability to design data metrics; skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions. - Results-oriented with strong self-motivation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset. - Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive projects independently.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
