Freese and Nichols is seeking a
Senior BT Technician to join our
Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you will provide service desk and desktop support while contributing as a key member of technology project teams.
- Provide service desk and desktop support
- Work on project teams to resolve complex service desk projects
- Fill hardware and software requests
- Check out requested hardware
- Maintain computer related supplies
- Perform system maintenance and administrative tasks
- Provide support to the Systems Administrator, Developer and/or Database Administrator
- Communicate with office personnel throughout the company to resolve Service Desk tickets and resolution of complex projects.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Computer Technology or equivalent higher education in Information Technology
- High School Diploma
