We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Brand Manager to join the Hefty® Business Unit and drive profitable growth across both our branded and private label portfolios. This is a high-impact business leadership role with responsibility for brand strategy, innovation, portfolio management, P&L ownership, commercialization and retail media strategy across key strategic retail partners.

Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy across a growth segment and identify opportunities to strengthen performance and drive profitable growth.
- Develop integrated business plans across innovation, communications, media, PR/influencer activity, retail execution, and distribution.
- Manage P&L priorities and investment tradeoffs using financial analysis and clear business recommendations.
- Translate consumer, shopper, customer, and market insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Lead innovation commercialization and growth pipeline development with Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Partner with Customer Marketing and Category Management to create customer-ready stories, selling tools, and strong in-market execution
- Monitor brand, category, and competitive dynamics to identify risks, spot opportunities, and refine portfolio priorities.
- Communicate business performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of Brand Marketing, Category Management, or General Management experience in CPG
Preferred:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong business acumen with P&L management experience
- Experience leading innovation and commercialization initiatives
- Nielsen, Circana, or syndicated data experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to travel 10–15%
