Qualifications

• 8+ years programming PLCs and configuring HMI systems specifically for semiconductor construction.
• Experience leading large projects and teams in semiconductor environments.
• Expertise in brownfield semiconductor construction with ties to factory operations.
• Skilled at translating customer specifications into compliant software.
• Proficient in modifying, expanding, and developing code from scratch.
• Experienced in system checkout and startup processes.
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programming and configuration of PLCs and HMIs for semiconductor projects.
• Manage large teams and projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement software according to customer specifications and programming standards.
• Modify and enhance existing code based on project needs.
• Oversee system checkout and support startup activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with P&ID and SOP standards throughout the project lifecycle.
