The Role: Senior Attorney

Who You Are:

You are a highly skilled, business-oriented Senior Attorney with the ability to navigate a wide range of legal, regulatory, and operational matters. You bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to legal challenges and are comfortable advising senior leadership, including executive management and the Board of Directors.

You thrive in a dynamic in-office environment where you can serve as a trusted partner to the business-balancing risk with opportunity-while playing a key role in shaping legal strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting sound decision-making across the organization.

What You9ll Do:
  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to senior leadership, including C-suite executives, on corporate governance, risk, and business operations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, manufacturing, and lease agreements
  • Oversee licensing management, including contractor and technician licensing and renewals
  • Manage regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, including state, provincial, and local code requirements (e.g., elevator and pool regulations)
  • Lead insurance program management, including general liability, E&O, and cyber coverage
  • Manage litigation and disputes, including coordination with outside counsel
  • Provide guidance on privacy, data security, and incident/breach response
  • Advise on cross-border legal matters involving Canada and Mexico, including employment, customs, and commercial relationships
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Provide legal support to HR on employment-related matters
  • Oversee intellectual property protection and strategy

What You9ll Bring:
