What You Will Do - Lead Complex Litigation: Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial and real estate litigation matters in Texas courts.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.
- Efficient Caseload Management: Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.
- Business Development: Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm's litigation practice and enhance client relationships.
What We Are Looking For - 12+ years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial and real estate litigation.
- Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies

Compensation and Benefits- Salary Range dependent on experience
