Full Job Description
GM is seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 12 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record in complex commercial and real estate litigation. What You Will Do
  • Lead Complex Litigation: Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial and real estate litigation matters in Texas courts.
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.
  • Efficient Caseload Management: Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm's litigation practice and enhance client relationships.

What We Are Looking For
